Account Illegally Used
After opening a second user account from Chase Paymentech, someone had illegally used our account to run thousands of transactions. Chase Paymentech refuses to reimburse our fees. They say that from experience the user has ALWAYS given out their username and password and that they have never been hacked into nor do they have any dishonest employees. They will not give me a copy of the investigation report unless I talk to their legal department first.

Don't care their clients but money
I am writing to let you know what is going on at Chase Paymentech's risk management Dept.The analyst who is name Vanessa Therrien. She is a racist woman.she does not like Asia people, she is got bad attitude to their customers, that is not good for the company.
Chase Paymentech don't care their business customers except money, if you put a lot money there to open an account, you're very welcome, no interest. If you don't have that much money there, you better be careful, they may kick you out later. Yes, every bank like do that, still, chase is the worst! Look, Goldman Sachs is down, next is Chase!

what they really care about?
Chase Paymentech Risk management dept. is bad, they were not only no help to small business owners, but also screw up their business. This dept. is useless, because they don't producing anything but lost customers. Don't open business account in Chase, Small business owner!!! Otherwise, you'll see what's gonna happen to you three month later...

careless and ignored that problems they had
Chase Paymentech didn't really care about small business owners, when they had problems with their clients, they didn't try to solve problems, they've just careless and ignored these problems, pretended that these problems had never happened, is that new style of Chase paymentech?
Chase Paymentech didn't wirte letter or gave their customer a preparing time to terminated (unilateral canceled agreement without notice.) their merchant account that was seriouslydamaged to small business owner without any specific real reason that is unforgivable!
It could be sued from small business owner as a result.

Chase's attitude
Chase Paymentech's merchant service have a very special "risk analyst" who asked the New Merchant like that, "What brought you into this business?" and "I want to know because we have a customer who's similar business wth you", then she thought the new merchant didn't know how to answer her question or satisfied her answer, do you know what happened to the new merchant? She terminated their merchant agreement after they open three weeks later!!! WOO! How powerful she is! She'll get lesson in her life time and Chase can't survive with this kind of person work for Chase! Risk analyst, she didn't care put customer their entire business in jeopardy. How is that fair????
