A note of warning to all. I just called Chase Credit card services (800-537-7783). Before the customer service representative answered, there was a blurb on how this call will be recorded. So when they answered I informed them that I too am recording the call for my accuracy. Immediatley they told me that they have to end the call an will not talk to me.
What kind of company will record you, but will not allow you to record them?
