I have been awaiting 3 weeks for a product having paid for a 3-5 day delivery charge.

I have payed approx.£45 for this order.

I want an immediate refund but the company have now become non-contactable.

I am unsurprised to find complaints about this company when googled.

As I cannot get hold of the people responsible I will be taking this complaint further.
