On August 16th I ordered a pool filter and was told after they took my credit card number that the order would be received 3-5 days. The order totalled $825.00. My card was charged. I waited five days for the shipment to arrive, but the item was not delivered. During the weekend, I tried to call the company and they were closed. I went online to see that someone used the same card to purchase cosmectics totalling $165.00. I did not order the items. I do not use this card but only once or twice per year for large items. I called my credit card company to cancel the card and report the company.

On Monday I called Cheap Pool Products and spoke to three girls. No manage was available. They gave me the name of the company they had place the order through for the filter. I got the companies name, PENTAIR. I called the company and they did not have any order on file with Cheap Pool Products nor with my name. I called Cheap scapes again and demanded a purchase order number. They did not have one. They told me to call PENTAIR again using another name, BAYSTATE. Again, they did not have an order on file. Called back Cheap Pool Producs again, and demanded my credit and to cancel the order. Four weeks later they still have not credited my credit card. I have given notice to the card company and it is now under investigation.

Do not use them. They are a fraudulent company and one who uses your card to purchase other items.
