I was mislead to enroll and became a member, thinking that I would benefit for my travel needs and found out that there were a lot of information that was not clear and basically it was false advertising and Improper selling tactics. I sent all the material back within time frame and was told that my refund will be done in 60 days. I was charged over $300.00 since I also enrolled my wife and son. I did follow up calls more than 3x and was told that I need to speak to a supervisor named Chris. No last names were given nor an extension or direct line. 3 days had passed and no call from the supervisor and until now there's no clear answer whether I will be refunded. Companies like these should be closed for business, they continue to victimize consumers and we have the right to be protected from scammers like this one. It brings all the other good and ligitimate company down.
Is there a way for anyone to mediate and help consumers like us get our money back!
