Okay i was suppose to travel to my home country a few days ago when suddenly i came across cheapoair. Their price was about $400 cheaper than what Orbitz and Expedia was charging so i decided to give them a go. Biggest mistake of my life.
After booking and paying for the ticket at the advertised price on their site, i received a booking number via email. Yay. I checked my account and saw the airfare had been deducted. The booking email also said i should be receiving a ticket number in 24 hours. After 24 hours, i called to find out what was going on. Customer service told me they tried calling me(which they didnt) to tell me i booked twice(which i never did).
After calling the actual airline to find out who made the extra booking, I was told it was cheapoair. Apparently they decided to make an extra booking because they couldnt get the day i wanted at the price advertised on their site.
To cut the long story short, they decided to cancel my reservation. Boy was i pissed. However i didn't even realize the worst was yet to come which is getting a refund.
At first they lied it would take 5 working days. After the 7th day, i called and was told it would take 4 months. 4 months to get my money back for a mistake they made.

Stay way from this company if you value your hard earned dollar. The company is a fraud. Customer service is a fraud. They are all frauds.
