Possible fraud
My sister bought a tickets to LA for her and her family at a great (false) price. two hours after booking and printing the receipt they called her to say that fare is no longer available and it was more than double. She's since spent over 5 hours on the phone trying to resolve this nightmare. They have not resolved it nor honored her fare and it's become a huge time consuming disaster. Apparently they have done this repeatedly! They try to lure you with the cheap fare then call you to get you to rebook and cancel your flight. They need to be investigated by the government.

Bad services
I bought a ticket from Cheapoair and paid for the insurance, due to medical reasons I could not travel and I contacted cheapo air and canceled the ticket. I wanted to rebook the ticket but I was informed that I could not book at that time. When I called back in to rebook I was informed that it is past the time to rebook so I lost the insurance money but I wanted my money back. Cheapoair has been promising to contact me with the money but I haven't heard back from them.
I get the long queue and the story about the supervisor. I wish I saw this site before booking with them, this is appalling.

Agent error
I am in Belgium visiting my dad who has been diagnosed with lung cancer. Cheapoair had the cheapest last minute flight. I needed to change my ticket and called 10 days in advance to ask if I could change it. The agent said no problem, it will cost $350.00. And had to call back at least one day before my return flight. I called, made the changes, got a confirmation email. And then a couple days later, when I checked my email again, they had sent another email; sorry the airline cannot confirm your ticket, it is non changeable. I called 3 times, first time I was on hold 30 mins, no one came back. Second time the agent pretended he couldn't hear me anymore, the 3rd time the lady said that I was told that the ticket non-changeable. It was noted in the comments. Why would they change it then, and quote me a price to change it? They lie, I have no ticket, no one will help me. I've emailed but no responses. Horrible, do not buy with them if you need to make changes.

Airline flight canceled
MY COMPLAINT has 3 parts:
1. Cheapoair did not notify me of any changes about my reservations for four to Hawaii scheduled for June 28, 2008. I booked trip on 1/4/08. It was only on June 25 that I found out Air Tran Airlines had filed bankruptcy on April 3, 2008. No e mail or telephone call was received by me. I have searched my deleted and junk mail but found nothing from them.
2. On further inquiry with CSA Travel Protection Insurance, I found that Cheapoair had canceled my insurance on April 29, 2008 without my knowledge or notification.
3. Although Cheapoair did put back a portion of the fare, No notice was sent to me about what they were doing or why. I did not pick up this info until calling the Credit card co. The only solution they presented to me was to make a new travel arrangement for an additional cost of $7, ooo. I believe my insurance claim would have picked up any cost for the tickets.

They charge an enormous amount of fee
My mom bought two international tickets for me and my daughter. She accidentally booked the wrong departure and arrival date for us. She did not realize until she got an email from Cheapoair. 20 minutes later my mom called cheapoair explaining what has happened. The agent Nigel Slate told my mom that for him to cancel the ticket she has to pay the $150.00 fee for each passenger ($300.00 total) and purchase fee. With that said my mom was forced to buy the new plane ticket from them. The total price for the ticket was about $3600.00 for me and my daughter which is okay. But on top of that they have charged my mom an additional $400.00 for an agent fee. This is ridiculous. They didn’t even bother looking for the cheapest rate for my mom and they have the nerve to charge for agent fee of $400.00. I have tried calling the airline the next day (bought the ticket 6/06/08) and they wont help at all. I do understand that some of us work for commission but how can these people sleep at night for doing this.

Don't use them
On April 30th my mother Minnie Harris booked a flight with a customer service person at Cheapoair. First off he got the name wrong for my niece. Second he booked the flight to Charleston South Carolina instead of Charleston West Virginia.
Now three days later and fifteen phone calls it is still not resolved. They promise to call back but never do. They say they will issues the correct tickets but want to charge more to do so.
We will never use this airline again. And I am going to tell everyone I know not to use this airline

Terrible service
reservation id z7jblo, I made air and rental car reservation at the same time, however, no confirmation has been received on the rental car portion??? Your phone numbers are worthless, I call and I get a recording which is ok, but not for a half hour., get some help!!!/// better systems. You are in a service business, do it right. When we cannot contact you, with in reason, it reflects to your company. If you want to make money and stay in business provide the service or else. I have used your services in the past with good results, don't get cheap on the service end and loose customers. please reply within 2 days, or I'll have to take other actions. Thanks.

Stay away from them
I have tried 5 times now to book a flight that is available, go through the entire booking process and then I find that the flight is not available. Cheapo's message to me is to say they are sorry and that it is very rare for this to happen that the seats would not be available and I should try a different flight time. BS... The published prices were less than any other booking agency, but if I can't actually confirm the flights AND I have wasted almost an hour of my time screwing around with their site, than this site is worthless. CheapO...I guess you do get what you pay for.

Mis-ticketing!
On Jan. 3, 2008 I booked a European round trip with CheapOAir. The tickets arrived the first week in Feb. A couple of weeks later I noticed the outbound flight was not what I was Confirmed. They ticketed a 06:00AM flight with a plane change in place of my 21:30PM non-stop without any consultation. A week of hassle has still not resolved the issue. I'm apparently in a "we'll get back in 24 hours" infinite loop. This company is a sham. If you value your time and money DO NOT go near this pack of bandits. By the way the Air lines involved offered CHEAPER flights with more convenient scheduling.

Fictitious ticket!
This company sent me an email confirmation for a flight from New York. I booked another ticket on another airline to get from DC to NY to catch Chapo's flight. Then I get an email from Cheapo that says my flight couldn't be confirmed and I had another ticket option for $400 more. I lost my other ticket and Cheapo wouldn't let me talk to a manager.
I'll be taking this company to court. They tried to rip me off for $400 and wasted my other ticket. They will pay for it in the court.
