This is 100% NOT TRUE. I ordered a 5.5 gallon tank. 2 days after I ordered it, I spoke to Carlos at www.cheappetproducts.net and he advised that they canceled the order and would refund my purchase price 100% since 95% of the tanks were received broken.

Two and half weeks later, not only did I receive the broken tank, but my money had not been refunded. And the glass tank was in the box NOT WRAPPED AT ALL. It was place in the shipping box as is. No packing materials. No casing... NOTHING. It rattled around in the box!! Bubble wrap my butt... I have pictures to prove it.

DON"T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY'LL TAKE YOUR $ AND YOU WON'T HEAR FROM THEM!

So...I ordered a DURABED LARGE BLACK from Cheappetproducts.net. It took several weeks and inquiries before it arrived. Unfortunately, they sent me wrong color. When I contacted them thru their cryptic/vague site, I was 1st told "DURABED LARGE BLACK is the name of the products. I believe it is only available in a forest green type color." When I pointed out that is not the case, they told me "Technically there isn't anything we can do with it. As our site clearly indicates we do not gurantee colors at all.

"Product images may not always match the product exactly. Colors are not guaranteed to match those shown on our site. Manufactures change item colors and descriptions from time to time. Please research all product UPCs prior to ordering. We do not guarantee colors of products. We only gurantee you get the item UPC you ordered."

Now...their site clearly describes the size and colors avaiable, and therefore I don't feel this explanation applies, and they aren't sending me an address to return the items to. I'm not left with many options but letting anyone who is considering purchasing something from them that its not a company you want to do business with.

I would suggest--- DON'T BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT FILLING YOUR ORDER, JUST GETTING YOUR $$!
