I ordered a chopat dual action knee strap on 1/20/10. Cheap relief sent me an email on 1/27/10 stating the item shipped per UPS and billed my cc. After about 10 days I tracked the order using the tracking No assigned. All it said was Billing info was sent to UPS.
I tried using the email furnished by cheaprelief and got this:Application Error
An error has occurred in the program

I finally got an email from Jon at cheaprelief stating the item I ordered was unexpectedly back ordered. I have recieved nothing else from them and their email still does not work. They do not furnish a phone number to call.
