My story started about 2 years ago with this company. They called me at work to tell me that I needed to pay around $700 in couple of hours to stop from being arrested. I explained that I did not have that kind of money, and the guy was very rude said that then I would be going to jail. I asked if I could set up payment plan and he said no. I asked him to send me the paper work on this and he said no. So I called the States Attorney and asked if there was a warrent for my arrest. The clerk so no, that they are just trying to get money out of me. Well about 1yr ago, I get a phone call from this company again(by the way I was never arrested) saying if I did not pay then I was going to be summons to court. I have not heard from them again, till today, they called my friend and my grandparents. I had used my friend as a ref. and they told her that they were filing against her and I. She called me all freaked out. So I called the 877-485-5040, some guy gets on the phone being a jerk. And tells me that they are filing against me in Florida, where I used to live. I said that is fine I no longer live in Florida. He stated where I live now and that they are transfring my case up here. Funny you can not file a suit where ever you please it has to be done where it took place. I stated that would be fine and I will wait for the summons and take care of this matter though the court system. This threw the guy off and was like no we can take care of it now. I told him no I will wait for the summons and go to court atleast that way I know it is legit. And hung up on him. Good luck to anyone who deals with this company.SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
