I seen the advertisement on television concerning the chef basket. It was advertised for $14.99 plus $4.99 shipping and handling.IT was buy one get one free.I believe they over charged me. charging me twice for shipping and handling. I did call the number listed on the bill.Spoke with a lady. Telling her that i believed that chef basket had over charged me. her reply was that i Barbra Mcintyre could send the product back and pay shipping and handling to return the chef baskets. I believe i was already over charged.why? should i have to pay more money to chef basket.when they owe myself money. thank you for hearing my complaint.

I ordered the chef basket and was under the impression only $14.99 + shipping and servicing fees would be charged. After clicking "no thanks" to all upsales online, it showed my card had been charged $55. I was unable to confirm or cancel my request. I called in on a Tuesday because the cs dept was not open on the weekends, and demanded all of my money refunded once the product was returned. After the rep continued offering partial refunds and me asking to speak to a supervisor, I was promised the entire refund including the processing fees. After returning, I was only refunded the product price. I called back in to the cs dept and was told it would take another 7-10 to have the rest of my money refunded. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told right away that she was not available because she was in a meeting and of course she would call me back within 24 hours. This company is ridiculous and is trying to get anything that they can. They obviously wanted me to go on without noticing that it wasn't a complete refund. It's only $20, but the whole way this process has gone from the time it was ordered to each call I made has been terribly shady.

On Jan.29 I placed order on the internet 4 the chef basket, 1st, I wanted to order only that w/out anything else, my order was only about 20.oo but ended up costing 28.79 cause I was made to order xtra cause there's nowhere on their site to avoid it or confirm my order or cancel it, so I thought it's ok, as long as I get my order, waited couple wks, didn't receive nothing, checked up on internet, kept getting told it was on back order & to check back in 15 days, after a month of hearing this, Feb.28th, I called the company & told them I want to cancel cause I didn't want to wait nomore, they cancelled the order, then I checked my acct.& saw thay took out the 4, I called them right away & said why they took it & they said it was a processing fee, don't know wasn't told anything about it when I cancelled or seen nothing on they're website cause there's no cancelling info when u order, ever since then I've bee ngiven the run around by them stating I have to wait over & over & that they'll pass my info to other offices, I've faxed them proof of my acct to show that they did take it out, also spoke to a supervisor who told me they don't know why my $ isn't returned, I also have my bank doing an investigation, I 'm getting the runaround by this company they keep telling me wait 1st it was 5-7 business days, then 5-10 days.now told 10-15 days, it's almost another mth.& I keep waiting, , I just checked out possible scams from this company to other people & found alot of them r in my situation, so this company is scaming others also & shouldn't be allowed to do this, this may not seem like alot of money that they took from me, to me it's $ I don't have, I have a special needs daughter & elderly mother & we're barely make it by so to have this happen only adds more problems, please help me, Thank u 4 u're time.

Completely false advertising. I was supposed to get 2 for $14.99 and they charged me $50+ for 2 maybe 3... I am not sure b/c their website is a farce. S&H was $20.00 WTF!

Product was to be a Christmas gift. Never received in December. Now 2 months later they send a postcard wanting to send product NOW...returned card 10 days ago. Company sent Chef Baskets anyway and the charge was Triple what was advertised!!! Now I have to return merchandise..Time, money...WASTE!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
