Hi Herman
Your Panel beaters have called me to arrange collection of my car for Monday morning to have the car back Monday afternoon same day.
How ever my concern is, this is my petrol that keeps getting used, I have never been compensated once from McCarthy for my petrol that your company drives out every time they have to pick up my car and drive it to where ever. What do you suggest?
Please understand I am not being petty, I am just frustrated and extremely irate with McCarthy right now.

Please can you tell me, does your company have a QC manager that checks all work that is done?
Please explain to me why my car has not been done properly, you can still see the brown marks on the roof.
I am EXTREMELY IRATE with McCarthy regarding this situation that I will now be going to the news papers and the consumer commission.
I want my car fixed and PROPERLY! I paid cash for this car, and was allot of money. I expect the car to be in a good condition when i bought it, and your company promised to fix the faults when the car was purchased.
I now want an explanation as to why your offices have such shocking service and when will my car be sorted out once and for all.
