No confirmation email... just $1.41 credit card charge... which by the way - my credit card coimpany called to see if the charge was fraudulent? "No, I ordered the free sample and just have to pay the $1.41 S & H.'

No invoice.

NO company contact data.

No nothing.

Today in the mail comes another package - checked the credit card and saw the charge for over $69... waited over one hour and 10 minutes...

8:35 p.m. started call 1-866-376-4078 ... 'you have a wait time of 8 minutes...' '...your call is very important to us - please hold for the next available agent - all calls are answered in the order which they are received...'

9:47 p.m. - FINALLY found company hours online - NOT WIDELY published NOR EASY TO FIND... If you have any questions regarding the Product sample or Product subscription plan, please contact customer service at 1-800-278-3620 Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm PST.

Note the different two phone #s? First number I shared is the # given to credit card companies - next # is what is posted for customers!
