I was mislead into ordering 2 prodcust from this company as a trial and that I ahd 2 weeks from the date of that trail to cancel. First off the producst I order on 12/30/08 didn't even come to my house until 10 days after ordering. I then called on the 14th day Jan 13th to cancel my account. I was told I was allset by Ash Veronica and ws given a confiramtin number 199305. So i figured all was done and ok. on 1/14/09 I saw another withdrwal from the company for 69.95. I called and informed them I had canceld this order and told themt he name of the peroson i spoke to and the case number. They seem to have no idea what i was talkng about. So again I asked for them to cancel the accounts and to refund my money. I was told a refund would take 24 - 48 hours and I would be contacted by someone from the refiund dept... ( refund dept? that makes me think that this is more of a scam). Then on 1/16/09 i got anohter charge of $87.13 again from this same company. So I called for a third time and this time i asked for a manger. I waited on hold for 2 hours ( no kidding I waited becsue I was so pissed) no manager ever answered the call. So I hing up adn called back again the next day and was again told that my accounts were already canceled so they don' know why I keep getting chareged (Bullshit). They ensured me again that i would not recive any more charges... Well it is now 2/17 and I recived another shipment from them... ( this time the product was busted open in the shipping package) so I looke don line and what do you know i have been charged again on 2/13/09 69.95. So as of today I have been taken for 300.00 for a useless product and what seem to be no way to stop them from taking more money from my back account!!! I tried to call again tonight and got a messge that I need to call during there buiness hours, good bye!

BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY WANTS YOUR MONEY NOT YOUR LAYALTY, THEY AHVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE QUITE RUDE IF YOU INFORM THEM THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE!
