Chet Holmes runs ads on Craigs list for Client Relations Managers -where he states that our Superstars earn $150k a year & if your average you make $60k a year.
Both claims are 100% false -it is a example of how you can't lie but you sure can mislead someone ...
As a top star at this firm well over 15 months the best you could earn in a years time is 40k-45k a year...The top 5 make money here -the rest are lucky to earn $300 a week. The turnover rate is high.

This is a 100% commission job. They run ads on various stations and you never know what the ads says at all.
The leads suck and the quality of them are never consistent. If you take 25 incoming calls - some are people who never had a business, are thinking about a business, call to cancel or reschedule, startups, or only have a business worth 100k - 250k or you get salespeople who call. MOST HAVE NO IDEA THEY ARE CALLING TO BE PITCHED A WEBINAR TO BUY for $229.00

Is it bait & switch - probably a GREY AREA his legal staff have looked at but pretty close.
On a good day you may get 5 good leads a day and sadly its never inconsistent.
Why is it so bad if he is a great marketer?
It's a very simple answer - Chet doesn't have a phone pro running his ads who can analyze them at all --- but a former electrical engineer - This man has no clue on where to run ads - so the quality is consistent. Instead of having weeks where you sell 20-25 seats a weeks they are so up and down that to earn the money they claim is impossible. Many weeks the top guy is only doing 12-15 in a week.

In addition if they don't show up you don't get paid - previously they had a option to cancel - now they got greedy and you have to pay if you show up.

When you complain that the leads suck NO ONE LISTENS - PERIOD!!

CHET runs at 100mph looking after bigger whales of $75 million or $150 million and the people he has running stuff for him are taking advantage of him...

His material is very good - his management staff sucks that is why you can't make money here -
