i baught a cheverolet, optra in egypt and in the first day exactly after 10 hous working the Automatic gear box is broken because of industrial fault as they told me in Almansour auto service center and i asked to replace the car but they have changed the gear box without any charge but i want replacement for the car, the manager from the main service center said it's not gonna happen .i made a complaint at the consumer agencyand i have been told it's allowed for me by law to get a replacement for my car, because i 've complaint in the first 14 days from the bill issued date.it's too long already for cheverolet to decide what to do with the customers in such situations .i will take it to the court if i have to.
