Simply bad
I have a 2006 trailblazer ext and the finish is peeling off the rims. The dealership replaced them once and a year later it is happening again. I have been told by the dealership and gm customer service it is not a warranty problem, I was told it is an enviromental issue and not covered by the extended warranty I purchased. And the first set they replaced should have never been replaced for free. I purchased the vehicle new in NY and I still live in NY. Why are they selling vehicles in states they know will ruin the finish on the vehicle in about a years time? The SUV only has 27, 000 miles on it!

low mile troubles
I purchased a low mile older Silverado Pickup truck, with the purpose of this being the last vehicle for a long time. well after 30, 000 miles which put a total of 126, 000 on my 1995 truck my transmission goes. And mind you I check everything often. The transmission fluid always showed clean and bright red. After the trouble I had the filter and fluid changed and the bottom of the pan was an inch thick with black crap, after it showed clean every time checked. Now I would like to know why this is, has this showed the slightest discoloration it could have been changed and transmission trouble could have and would have been avoided.
GM has warning lights for everything, there should be something for this. Because of some over site on your end, I fill GM has slack in keeping up there quality. I have been a GM owner for many years and wouldn't drive anything else. But this has given an me a chance to rethink that. A $2200 fix for something that shouldn't have to be fixed for at least 250, 000 to maybe 300, 000 miles.

Vehicle Repair
On Saturday August 8, 2009 my car broke down in Lansing Michigan which is about 40 miles from my home. I called AAA to have it towed. The tow guy said it would cost approximately $300.00 to have the car towed to Jackson so I asked home to tow it to a local dealer in town. We both agreed on BUD KOUTS Chevrolet. On Monday August 10, 2009 I called Bud Kouts to confirm that the Chevy Blazer was mine and I needed the car fixed. I explained that I had just got the car out of the shop on August 7, 2009 and it seemed to have the same problem as it had before. I told him they had just fixed the fuse block and repaired some wires. The repair manager said he would look into it and let me know. He then took some information about me over the phone and told me it would be $200.00 just to look at it. I told him I thought that was a bit high and he asked if I wanted him to look at it or not. I said yes and he said he would let me know what the issue was. On August 11, 2009 I called to see about my car and the repair manager said they had not gotten to it yet. I asked if he would call and let me know when it was fixed. On August 12, 2009 I called to see about the car. The manager said the repair guy was fixing it as we sopke. I asked what was the problem and how much was it, he said he couldn't say, but it would probably be around $350.00. I was shocked. I asked him how could he know that, he said the guy is working on the car now. The repair manager then said he would call me back. The repair manager called aback about two hours later and said the car was fixed. I asked him what had been wrong, he said the mechanic had to move some wires on the fuse block. I asked him how much the cost was and he said $349.30. I asked him why since they had not replaced a part, and he said because it took the mechanic four hours to fix the car. I said it took him four hours to move some wires. He snickered and said yes. I then asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager. He asked when I would pick up the car and I told him on Thursday. On Thursday I went to get the car and asked to speak to the owner or head supervisor. The staff said they were busy. I waited 15minutes and then asked again. They said the Supervisor was with a client. I paid for my car and left. I have since called back about 15 times. I spoke to the customer relations guy twice, he said he was looking into the matter. I have not heard from him in a week. It has been three weeks since this happened.
I need resolution on this issue: I need my money returned and a reasonable amount charged for the repair. I feel they took advantage of me becasue of my age, race, and gender. I want at least $200.00 back. Please help.

Dear Sir,
At 30/06/2008 I purchase Chevrolet (Lomena) 2008 model V.I.N 6GIEK52B78L94138 from Al Jomaih Automotive Co. in Saudi Arabia / Riyadh.
At 16/11/2008 I tack it to Al Jomaih Vehicle Service Center in Riyadh city to do 10000 KM service without any damages and at 02/12/2008 Al Jomaih Vehicle Service Center call my to receive my car I find it with damages from the front side(engine shelter, left front light, (bomber(front shelter) they say (no problem we will repair damages) the problem now as you know they are responsible on that and the recalling value for body adjustment car is less than the non body adjustment car and I don’t accept body adjustment for my car.
After that I met Mr. Ibraheem Al Soubeehee to discuss the problem he refuse and ho ask to leave his office.
Please you kind advice fairly to solve problem ASAP.
Thank,
Osama Essa.

Bad service
I was very interested in a Corvette I saw on the website. I sent an email as indicated, asking for more information about the car. The website said I should receive a phone call within 60 minutes! No call came - for a whole week.
I sent another email - I REALLY wanted this car!
Again, no return call... EVER! Three weeks later, I was asked to complete an online survey about my experience with Carmax. I told them it was AWFUL! I thought I might get a phone call now apologizing for their lousy service and an offer to make it up to me - but NooOOO!
Now I cringe when I hear commercials about them!
If only people knew!!!

Dealership knows there is a problem, but can’t find it
My 2008 Chevy Silverado 4x4 has a loud knocking sound when making left hand turns and can be felt from the floor board driver side. The sound comes from the left side front break. The dealer heard the sound and replaced the steering column which of course was not the problem. They tell me they can still here it but have no clue what to look for. I paid $34-k for a new truck that makes knocking sounds that can’t be traced but are their. I feel Chevy owes me a new truck, it only has 5-k miles on it and I’m a loyal Chevy customer that pays in cash. (Help Me).
