My family has been a Chevy owner for 20 plus years. I have owned a dodge vehicle for the last 14 years. However, I purchased a Tahoe in October and I was advised if I send a customer to them they would in return send a hundred dollar check for referring a new customer. It’s now almost April and I haven’t received it. I have spoken to the manager, Frank Fasola, there several times. I even spoke to Frank Fasola and he stated the check is on the way and that was in February. I will honestly say I love your vehicle but the service or I should say their credibility is far gone. I hope that your corporation can address this problem. I would hate for this to get out and cost future customers. Thank you for time and hope to hear from you soon.
