CHI Institute in Broomall PA rips off students by enrolling in them in healthcare courses that REQUIRE an internship but when it comes time for the internship Kaplan doesn't have any and drops students from its school. Students still end up have to repay thousands in student loans and Kaplan does nothing to help. It's a SCAM. The Dept of Ed has been investigating the school since 2007 about this.
