food wasn'ty cook correctly

on 3/8/10 i went through the drive thru of hardees i order a combo meal . it was a number 9 big chicken.the food was cold and the chicken was very hard. it was not good at all. iwould like my money back/refund for the food purchase.the total was$7.12cashier - Larosa ORDER NUMBER 303183, STORE NUMBER2501TIME4:51:01PM. Was Nothing To It, Hardees Beats 2 to 1

The sandwich was the worst that I have ever eaten. Nothing on it except some sauce or mayonise, two small pickles. No Lettuce or any thing else except the dry chicken and two small pickles. Hardees has theirs beat two to one. I will never eat another chicken sandwich at McDonalds. As far as that is concerned nothing else until they get better service. For two sandwiches and fries with drink to cost 8.27 it was not worth two dollars. Shame on you for serving such junk at your stores.
