There may be a speed limit for every vehicles in Delhi as per legislation in force but many SUV / Sedan have free movement exceeding the prescribed speed limit, then why prescribed limit is being ignored at the time of registration of all these vehicles by the competent authority?. In my opinion at the time of registration, all vehicles maximum speed limit be seized as per their eligibility and violation be a non bailable / cognizable offense in legal terms.
Hence you are requested to issue appropriate orders other wise I am ready to move PIL after 30 days, if you failed to comply with...
