My name is James E. Bing Sr
and I’m writing this letter in reference to my Child Support Arrears . The amount that I’m being charged is not correct. I was working for a driving company called All American Xpress their address is 789 Lover’s Lane Calhoun Ga 30307 Tel: 770-609-0583. As I was working for this company they changed their name to TLP Transport address is 1447 Peachtree Street NE Atlanta GA Tel:770-609-0583. This company was sent the child support order from New York State I singed the proper papers so the can garnish the child support payments right out of my check. As I receive my pay stubs I saw where the payments were being deducted every pay period . When I left this company I found out that they were not sending my child support payments to New York State. Therefore this situation has escalated to New York State Child Support Enforcement to put a lien on my bank account which had 900.00 dollars that was deducted from the account, Also my taxes were deducted 795.00 dollars for the same arrears for child support. And as of April 4th 2011 my license was suspended as well. At this point I need someone to resolve this situation so I can reinstate my driver’s license and get back to work, My license is my only means of income and without that I am unable to work or pay any child support. This situation has left me unemployed unable to get a job. I would appreciate your assistance in this matter Dept Of Treasury have informed me that Child Support has seized my taxes and the payment of the arrears is their for you to collect I would be grateful if Child Support would do that promptly so I can return to work . Thanks For Your Assistance.Or please approve this affidavit so I can get back to work .
