The Biological Grandmother A.K.A. Mary Margaret Griffin on Many occasions has taken her grandsons to Children's Medical Center of Dayton. without the permission of legal guardian (parents) Scott Breitenstein and Latasha Breitenstein. Mrs Griffin had been told by not only Breitensteins but
also the courts of Montgomery County Magistrate Herdman that the said children will not be taken to any hospital
without the authorization of the parents of the children.

On 1-14-2010 Mrs Griffin had took the younger of the two grandchildren his name Sebastain Breitenstein to C.M.C. without permission of the childs parents. C.M.C. had been warned about not to let anyone bring these children without permission in 2003 they reassured the Breitensteins that this would not happen.

and they lied about this. C.M.C. keeps billing Caresource for unwanted charges and that is fraud so Beware of Children's Medical Center of Dayton. I have known the Breitenstein family for over 10 years, and have seen the paternal Grandmother take Sebastian to C.M.C. without the childs parents permission, the sad part is even though not just the parents, but the Montgomery county courts tell the Griffins that they had to contact the childs parents. i feel that C.M.C. is wrongfully billing not just Caresource by seeing the child at C.M.C. without the consent of Mr and Mrs breitenstein but as a taxpayer of Montgomery County that the Taxpayers are having to flip the Hospital Bill every time that the Griffins take the formentioned child to the Hospital, I feel that the Hospital is scamming not just me by letting this continue. If the Hospital is doing this continually with the Breitenstein child, then how many other families have had this happen to them in the past, or how many more families will Childrens Medical hospital or other Hospitals such as C.M.C.
here in the United States? I feel that sometimes Childrens Medical Hospital and other Hospitals run up medical billing that
is not needed just so that they can make extra money. If you ask me I feel that should be considered as fraud and as a Tax
payer I should not have to put up with such actions. Caresource and other groups like it is not meant to be used as a way
to have unnecssary cost charges billed to them by the Hospital, I always thought a hospital was suppose to contact the
Legal Guardian of a minor child before any kind of care is administered to the underage child. If this is not fraud, then
Websters Dictionary needs to reword its defination for it. I grew up believing the term Fraud meant that to bill a person for
something that they have not authorized to be billed to them, either a family, or a authorized agency that pays bills for
those that can't pay it themselves thats wrong.
