Bad Service
My family and I drove from out of town and went to the Mall. Chilis Was one of our families favorite restaurants were we usually meet for dinner. From our previous visits to Chilis in the past there has been an excellent experience..But this particular time in this Chillis we had a part of 10 due to our family comming from out of town..We arived at Chilis around 6:40pm, and was told by the host that will be seated in 10 minutes..The host then came back and said that we will be seated in 15 minutes, 40 minutes later still no seat..Meanwhile in between the time we were waiting the host was seating tables of 6 and 8 and even parties of 7..We kept asking the host when were we going to be seated and she said in a couple of minutes..After the 40 minutes we were eventually seated but she tried to make us split up and sit at two different tables, but all this time there was a table that seated all of us. By this time its around 7:20 pm we get seating then 20 minutes later we finally get drinks, we order food. We actually ordered apetizers then another hour we receive our food at 8:40pm we got the food before we received our appetizer, didnt get the appetizer had to tell the waiter that we didnt get it..He then went back to the back and said that they didnt make the appetizer, I ordered french fries but got beens and rice which I am allergic to black beens, my niece food didnt even come, so he had to go back and fix it, then he came back and said that they were out of chicken tenders. So she had to wait an additional 15 minutes to eat. We requested to speak to the manager but the waiter said that it was his fault, and we still didnt talk to one...There was one guy walking around speaking to every table, but ours...Im assuming that he was the assistant manager or the manager, but when we went to Chili at other locations, they made sure they made there way to the larger tables other than the smaller one's. This is the worst experience i have ever had with a chilis, and was very disappointed in my visit, and will not be back to this location. And will not recommend this location for my business anymore or anymore of our family gatherings.

Food quantity very suspect
Just tried one of their new lunch specials - $9.95 for what was a kids-menu item at most every other chain restaurant. Very disappointed!

Beware
My husband and I went for lunch to Chili's in Lake Mary, the service is ALWAYS slow, but we really wanted fajitas so decided to go for it anyway. We waited for 30 minutes after the waiter took our order and actually had to get up to go find him. When I asked about our food he said that it would be right up, I reminded him that we had already been waiting 30 minutes and he did not even apologize. Another 15 minutes went by, still no food. This time I waived him down and he again said any minute, and NO APOLOGY. At this point my husband just wanted to leave, but we still had not paid for our soda, (he wanted to leave w/o paying) against his will we waited another 10 minutes before finally getting our food. We never got an apology, the manager never came over to the table, and we were not even offered a dessert. I am so done, with this Chili's!

I have been to your place in Anchorage and Wasilla, Anchorage has the worst service I have ever had. We saw our waiter 2 times, when he took our order and when he brought our bill whick was over 50. for 2. So we tried the Wasilla store, and they would not seat us anywhere, except in the bar. We are non drinkers, so as you can tell you have lost a good customer. We love the one you have in San Francisco, and assumed these up here would be just as good. No such luck. We are an older couple, and do not require a lot of attention, but no attention will just not cut it. I am sure that you will just blow this off, but I felt the service was so bad, that it may be a reason no one goes to your business up here. Burnadine Thiesing

service
i got with the corporate office of chilis over a month ago and they said i would get a responce from my email from the chilis involved well im still waitting if they want to serve the food they did and treat their customers the way did we will never go back to any chilis or any of their other businesses.

Taking item off menu
Chilis has always had a salad called Carribean salad with grilled chicken mandrin oranges, pineapple. I just stopped for lunch today and they no longer carry it it is the only reason i went to chilis and will no longer have lunch there. I don't understand when something is selling so good why they would take it off the menu. Very disappointed.

Double charged debit card
My wife and I were at Chilis for dinner on 5-24-08. After checking our bank account today, she noticed that Chilis had double charged our debit card. I signed the receipt myself after checking it, so I know it wasn't on the receipt. She just got off the phone with the local restaurant and 'we only have one manager and we are really, really busy'. As of right now, we are waiting on a return call.

I"m currently an employee for chili's in Mount Dora Florida. I LOVE MY JOB !!! I'm a people person and just love people! My concern today is the way Michelle Boyle treats me. She is the rudiest most unprofessional person that I know!! The way she treats people is unacceptable! I've complained to other manager's and even our General Manager it has only gotten worse. I would like to speak with someone about my concerns. Please contact me as soon as possible anyone! I'm an asset to your company and I would hate for you to lose me.
