We went to this restaurant with a gift card for x-mas and we waited for twenty minutes for service, than when we got the food my ribs where cold and greasy and my husband shrimp dinner wasn't breaded and also cold then I had to get a different server to get me more coffee. We didn't enjoy our x-mas present that our friends gave us We didn't feel like eating there so we took it home. we love to go the restaurant a lot but this time it was terrible and I think that we will not come back. Even there computer was down when we had gift cards we almost had to pay but they ran it twice we even got charge more for the bill but the server found the mistake. I hope there will be a better day than what today was. You supposed to enjoy yourself but we didn't so I think we are going to not to come to your restaurant anymore unless this is resolved shortly. A very pissed off customer that you usually have a good time we spend my husband birthday but not this time. bye
