I was offered a work at home job by Chino Postal Place AKA US Mail Forwarding, the job was a Courier Position, they would ship packages to my home, and I would replace the the Invoice and Shipping Label with one they would download to me. I then would take it to the US Post Office, and send the package for delivery. The Shipping Label would be to a International UK address with postage paid on-line. The Shipping Labels information about the item usually a Camera was all FALSE.
The package has to go through US Customs, and they avoid paying Taxes or US Custom Fees. All the Items bought here in the US from a Virtual Account, as i was told.
They come on as a Legitimate Company based in Chino California, there address is a P.O. Box at Xpress Shipping & Postal Chino, CA 91710 which they pretend to be there Home Office.They do not have a physical address or office anywhere in Chino, CA 91710. This is a SCAM! they never have the intention of paying you for sending packages overseas to avoid US Customs Inspection and Fee's. This is a BIG THREAT TO OUR NATIONAL SECURITY AND PLEASE REPORT IT TO: US Customs, the FBI,
US Postal Master General Investigating unit. They are Ripping off peoples money's and purchasing Camera's, jewerly and other products, and sending it to the UK (United Kingdom) and Europe. There website www.usmailforwarding.com has a contact phone number, but you never get to speak to anyone! CHINO POSTAL PLACE
AKA (US MAIL FORWARDING) IS A RIPOFF SCAM WORK AT HOME COUIER JOB SCHEME.

1. Shipping supplies are available online at www.usps.com or your local Post Office.
2. Verify that all information populated on each of the copies is valid.
3. All senders: Except for shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, enter an Exemption/Exclusion Legend or a Proof of Filing
Citation (PFC). Either an Exemption/Exclusion Legend or PFC must be displayed before a package is presented to the
Postal Service or mailing internationally or to an overseas U.S. Territory. In general, mailpieces containing any type of
goods (per Schedule B Export Codes at http://www.census.gov/foreign-trade/schedules/b) valued at more than $2, 500 or
requiring an export license under U.S. law must have a Proof of Filing Citation (PFC) issued by the U.S. Census Bureau,
subject to certain exceptions. Mailpieces subject to these exceptions are exempt from filing and must have an
Exemption/Exclusion Legend. Certain countries designated by the Department of State must have a Proof of Filing Citation
(PFC). To obtain a PFC and file electronically through the Census Bureau's Automated Export System (AES) go to
http://www.aesdirect.gov, or for additional information about PFCs and electronic filing, please call 1-800-549-0595,
option #3. Please also refer to U.S. Postal Service® Publication 613, Shipping International Packages, for additional
information.
4. Commercial senders: supply the following information to assist Customs in processing the items.
a. If known, enter the 6-digit HS tariff number, which must be based on the Harmonized Commodity Description and
Coding System developed by the World Customs Organization. “Country of Origin” means the country where the goods
originated - e.g., were produced/manufactured or assembled.
b. If your item is accompanied by a license, a certificate and/or an invoice, enter the number.
5. If you choose to purchase postage or special services at a U.S. Postal Service retail outlet, place all copies in PS Form
2976-E. The retail associate will complete the labels and provide you with the Sender's Copy.
6. Insurance purchased online cannot be combined with additional insurance purchased at the Post Office. Insurance
coverage may vary by country and may not be available to some countries.
IMPORTANT: Indemnity coverage is not paid for items containing coins; banknotes; currency notes (paper money); securities
of any kind payable to the bearer; traveler's checks; platinum, gold, silver (manufactured or not); precious stones; jewelry,
including watches; and other valuable or prohibited articles. See the IMM for complete regulations.
7. Fold or cut all copies in half and arrange in numerical order with “1-Customs Declaration” copy on top. Copies must be
placed into the PS Form 2976-E, Customs Declaration Envelope - CP 91 (plastic envelope).
a. Affix the plastic envelope to the package on the address side.
b. Package must be large enough that the plastic envelope does not wrap around the package edges.
c. Ensure that the entire barcode and all information is visible.
d. If using a pickup service, retain Sender's Copy then arrange remaining copies in numerical order with “1-Customs
Declaration” copy on top. Copies must be placed into the PS Form 2976-E, Customs Declaration Envelope - CP 91
(plastic envelope).
8. To mail:
a. International packages may NOT be placed in a USPS collection box. Please present to a retail associate in a U.S.
Postal Service retail outlet, hand to your letter carrier at the time of mail delivery or schedule pickup service online at
www.usps.com/pickup.
b. Items must be mailed on the mailing date selected.
9. Each shipping label number is unique and can be used only once - DO NOT PHOTOCOPY or FAX - ONLY ORIGINAL
LABEL CAN BE ACCEPTED.
