I signed up for a free trial of cuh-yung tea and subsequentially received five packets each containing thirty tea bags.I checked my credit card statements from August to October and they have scamed me out of the£189.96p. The first was on 22/8 when they charged me twice on the same day firstly £5.49 and then £9.99.On the 9.9.2010 they took £54.50. The 24/09 they took £59.99p and on the 27/09 they took another £59.99p.I contacted them about this and cancelled the order.However it is only today that I realised how much they have taken for this product which gave me diaorhea and made me feel sick.I have cancelled the direct debit but I am bitter that I have been conned out of £189.96p which I worked hard for. How can I get my money back or has it gone forever

sur votre site il n'est nullement expliqué qu'après l'essai de 15 jour de votre produit, que vous continuez à prélever des montants éxorbitants pour ce produit, quelle surprise de voir que en 2 prélèvements il y en aurai pour 139.98 pour du simple thé car en effet
le produit ne fait rien du tout je suis toujours au même poids, donc pour moi c'est de l'arnaque tout cela, je voudrais donc que vous me réemboursiez les montants que vous avez prélevé et que le désabonnement soit fait au plus tôt.

contact impossible
despite being given password information by them and receiving emails from them confirming order and then sending members log in inforamtion, when I tried to log in the the members login I could not do so. When I tried the support desk it asked me for my email address, and when I typed it in correctly it said it did not recognise it.
There is no UK telephone number available that I can see, I did manage to find an address in Hove, but when I searched for the company on Google maps it shows 136-140 Old Shorham Road as Gemini Business.
Tomorrow I shall contact my bank as I paid by debit card and I want to stop any further transactions taking place.
If this is a scam why hasn't anyone prosecuted these people?

i do not want to order their products
I was tod to try the tea for 14days trial and then i emailed to say that i did not want to order the product as i found it did not work but i only recieved automated answer saying that someone would call me back but no one has and i am worried that they will take money out of my account.

Deliberate Misleading - Unethical and VERY POOR Standard of Trading
The thing that caught me out was that at no time during the ordering process for the trial did I see the the words "Terms and Conditions apply" I am not a lazy person, though I am as I descovered a trusting one.

I have now set about making myself an expert on their many clauses and cross references before my trial period expires. Even finding out exactly when your trial period actually begins is a grey area, designed to bamboozle you into missing their ridiculous deadline and request for the return of used packaging? Please!

I have put a block on my credit card until this is resolved. I've contacted consumer direct and trading standards agencies. I have recorded my (failed) attemps to contact them via telephone, captured printouts of live chats, and saved all of my emails to and from them. (automated replies in their case)
I do not expect to to pay them any more money, or get any refunded and I consider that £5.40 was probably worth paying for a wake up call!

The sad thing is, if they had been an honest, open and transparent company they would have found quite a good customer in me and my very large family and circle of friends, they really dont have to mislead people if they maintain their integrity and believe in their product.

If you are thinking of buying anything from them, think again as it's nothing but a logistical nightmare. They are not helpful as a company and offer very little if any customer service. They have designed their terms and conditions to confuse you and distance themselves from any liability or responsibility of any kind in your wellbeing or experience as their customer.

My next step is to send them a letter via recorded delivery for written confirmation of my cancellation and that no further monies will be taken from my card, and a copy will be forwarded to my credit card company. This was advised by consumer direct.
I'll send them empty packaging via recorded delivery, after taking a photo of it first!!! jeez!

I hope that this type of practise is reviewed by trading standards, and justice is served! surely someone with legal knowledge must be able to find fault with their T&G's or at least say them in good old plain language (yes that was a challenge) until then, I hope the law of Karma works!

I like so many have fallen for this SCAM. I paid for a "free" trial with my debit card. Now I find they have taken £56.50 and the post and packaging from my account without my permission. This moneywas supposed to pay an important bill. I'm not a rich person and needed that money. Please Please be aware of this compay and its policies.

To cho-yung - if you are a reputable company and not a scam then - refund my money so I can pay my electricity bill.
