First of all, they claim to be accredited by the BBB right on their business card, but they are not. In fact if you do have a claim to file, they don't even bother to respond. They are out to rip you off.

I went in to get the AC fixed on my car and they promised me a new AC unit. When I got the car back they told me they put in a used unit instead and unless I signed off on their paperwork approving what they had done, they would not release the car. When I rec'd the vehicle the AC was still not working right and they did not honor the warranty. They are only out to get out your money. They do not care about establishing a relationship with you.

In the short time they have been in business, a little over a year, they already have 3 complaints against them on the BBB, none of which they have responded to at all. Beware of the own who calls himself Sammy, but his real name is Hanan A Shaurbassi. He will tell you anything that you want to hear at the time you bring your car in to get your business, make sure you get what he says from the beginning in writing, because after the work has been done, he will change the script on you. He will tell you that your car needed part it never did.

Hanan A Shaurbassi is FLAT OUT LIAR AND CHEAT!!
