Unauthorized Debit
I looked at my account on October 9, 2009 and saw a debit item in the amount of 99.95, so I called the number listed by the transaction and it was closed, but they gave me an email address. I emailed the company and they responded stating that the membership was cancelled, but I was not due a refund. When I called the number back on Monday the lady said she was just an operator that worked for member services that worked for choice gold but did not have a number directly to them. I then asked to be connected to the supervisor of whom I never talked to. This is ridiculous they claim I filled out an application online. In today's economy who wants a credit line instead of a credit card for 99.95 the odd thing is you do not even get information on how to access the so called benefits. I just want my money back.

cancel my membership
I was looking for a short term loan. Licked on this by mistake. They deducted 99.95 from my bank without notifying me. I am a 71 year old retired woman on SS limited income, A sudden decrease in my fixed income caused a great financial problem. All my bills are paid out of this once a month direct deposit. Can you please get my money returned? Thank You

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! IF I FIND OUT WHAT THE LOCATION IS I'M GOING TO SUE THIS COMPANY. YOU GUYS HAD NO RIGHT TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT!

Unauthorized permission
I too had money taken out of my banking account by choice gold services. I have no ideal who these people are. I want to know did anyone get results. Did you get your money back??? Did anyone call the better business burea???? I really dont understand how they were able to do this and which company are they attached too? Please respond if you are able to...

Choice Gold services withdrawn $99.95 from my checking account withut my permission. I don't know who this company is ...but I want my money put back into my account ASAP!!! I will also be filing a written complaint because this is a rip off!!

i had it cancelled 3 months ago and hey are still taking money out and i wanna no why and who these people are i never wanted the money taking out i am going to press charges against them for taking money without my permission...how can i get my money back they stole from me and i wanna no why?????????

unauthorized dedit
I did not authorized for Choice Gold Services to take 99.95 out of my checking account this was an unauthorized debit from my checking accountI woke up this morning and saw an unauthorized amount of $99.95 charged to my account. I don't know who these people are or what they do, but i want my money back ASAP. Because it's a weekend I couldn't call because they are not open, but I'm e-mailing you to put my money back ASAP
