On 13-December-2009, I ordered three candle food warmers. (Email of order confirmation appended below).
I was provided order number: 153869
On this date, they also debited my credit card.

On 14-December-2009 I received confirmation that the ordered items had shipped.

On 21-December-2009 when nothing was received, I checked the order status online.
The order status showed that my order was for two (2) 14kg bags of Evergreen Lawn food and that my ordered had been shipped ... and delivered ...
6 months before I even ordered anything on May 6th 2008 !!! So not only have my candle plate warmers been transformed into Lawnfood, but also somehow there was time traveling involved and the order was shipped and delivered 6 months before ever being ordered.

Their customer care line is constantly engaged, and despite having submitted several online queries via their online complaint form, no response received and they have not applied any reimbursement or credit.

(a) A file attachment is with this complaint that shows the screen shot with this surreal order status indicated item being ordered on 13-December-2009 and then with a delivery date for May and for Lawn food and not the candle plate warmers.
