I ordered on line some select white in september 2010 they charged my account as specified £2.95. i recieved said item damaged and some missing in Dec 13th I called on 14th Dec. 10 and complained that my goods were damaged and on the 11.nov 2010 I was charged twice from them £42.82 and £38.64 at first he said he couldnt refund me I did remind I had been over charged and also my goods were damaged, he said I would recieve my refund within 7-10 days and everything would be cancelled then on checking my bank account last week 4th Jan 11 to see if paid in they had took more money out of my account £42.82. I called and spoke to a female named miss Day who said nothing had been cancelled another product had been sent out no refunds would be given. when I ordered this it said 100% gaurantee.
