disappointed and angry customer December 10, 2009
Don't place your holiday hopes on Kodak if you are in Canada
Just like the complaint below, I have orered a card for a birthday 15 days prior to the date and never received it. Don't believe the generic reply Kodak send that they sent another one and the postal service lost it. They must be trained to send such a lame response. They didn't send it and it was not lost by the postal delivery. Futureshop mentioned that there has been a management change and there is a huge backlog. They keep sending notification and update the order history page that the shipment was made when it hasn't been.

If you are in my shoes, I would suggest getting your money back and don't order from them until they have their things together the "special gifts" that will only end up causing you stress and embarassment. They have completely ruined everything for me.

If you had good experience in the past with Kodak, so did, but it's obvious that they are in total mess and they really should not be lying to their customers. Jerks!
