CUSTOMERS PLEASE BEWARE! I agree. Chrome Hair Salon, PerryHall MD - Balt - White Marsh area looks great!!! The interior and exterior look FaBuLous!!! Great for the futuristic young minds looking for that sleek yet very edgy choppy stylist cuts. GREET you very nicely at the door ;-) Kudos on great team work!! But if you are looking for professionalism, *DO NOT* look to find it at this place AT ALL!!! You may dislike the way your hair came out, was styled or just not satisfied with your cut. Whatever the case may be, your under the assumption the matter will be handled professionally and politely right. Absolutely NOT CHROME! Please BEWARE!!! It will be handled very loudly, disrespectfully or become public display. Think you will find resolution in its owner right, NOT! WORSTLY! you will instead meet the very RUDE Owner of this place who will join in on the cruelity. Will also allow his staff to make a mockery of you IN and OUTSIDE of the salon, taunt and ridicule you everywhere. They will merely find you very amusing or pin point you as side show bob. Stylist like Brook Meehling, are extremely unprofessional. DO NOT expect to find resolution in mentioning any of your dislikes. Do yourself a favor, if you do not wish to experience cruelity at its best or be victimized by anyone employed at this salon, DON'T DISAGREE. Just keep your dislikes to yourself with stylist there, just chalk it up as a lost & quietly go elsewhere. They will go the unbelievable extent of badgering you for days to come. Everything is FABULOUS until you become that dissatisfied customers!!! CUSTOMER BEWARE 100% UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
