scam
I was scammed by this company with pop ups that my computer was at risk. Looked very ligit. 5 days after signing up for this and using my credit card there were two charges to my account totalling over $300. Luckily my credit card company (Chase) alerted me that there might be some fraudulent activity going on with my account. Sure enough that was the case. They closed that account and issued me a new account. If you gave this company (using the term loosely), I would suggest that you close that credit card account and get a new one. Even after the account was closed someone tried to use it again. Good luck all.

anti-virus software
recieved message via internet that computer at risk, signed up to anti-virus software. this was total scam have no contact numbers, web address. they took money from my account for nothing

Unauthorized charges
I too fell for the scam of my computer being infected! The pop-up screen looks just like the Windows screen. Identical as a matter of fact. Since I trust Windows I went along with the program per se. I too was asked for my credit card info. I complained and demanded a refund but only received a partial refund of $71.40, even after finally receiving an email saying I was getting the full amount returned. After a phone call to them they are saying that was a mistake, I told them it had better be corrected as of today. I will pursue this to any length I need to. This is a scam, and fraud in which they use fear and scare tactics to get you onboard.

TRYING TO TAKE MY MONEY FROM MY CARD
THIS ONLINE MESSAGE POPPED UP ON MY COMPUTER AND TRIED TO LOAD A SECRITY PROGRAM ON MY COMPUTER NEXT THING I KNOW THEY WERE TRING TO TAKE MONEY OFF MY CARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $101DOLLARS FOR SOMTHING THAT I DIDNOT WANT AT ALL AND THEY TRIED TO MAKE OTHER CHARGES AND SET UP A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN MY NAME

triple billing/no service
I was advised that my virus protection was expired. So i ordered a new years contract. But then the warning came again that i had no protection. I checked my bank and the services had been paid throught my checking account.
I again recieved notice that my virus protection was expired. I checked my computer to see if I had protection and I did. Yet several more days went by with the same warning. So i tried to remove the virus protection, and it cause my computer to crash wiping out my entire hardrive. Now 6 weeks later and 189.00 or repairs, I still have been charched 3 times for this false protection and there is now way to contact this company.
What shall i do now?

I have no idea how they got my information. I see that many others are having the same complant. Someone needs to shut them down!

Unauthorized billing
On Dec. 29, 2008, this fraudulent company somehow accessed my account at Bank of America. They charged and took from my account $94.90.

money scam
i got a pop up from my computer one day that said i was infected with spyware and trojan viruses. i tried to cose out the page but it wouldnt. On my credit card statement it shows a payment of 49.95 to chrpay.com for some avg360 antivirus program that isnt even installed on my computer...I want my money back on my credit card for something i dont even have!
