Fault charge
They charge my company for a software that we never received $99.90 with no receipt or a phone number. I believe they are a scam artist.

Fraud transaction - Credit card charged
A page popped up saying that my computer was in danger that someone was trying to get my credit card and bank acct. and that i needed to sign up for the securtiy tool. I kept trying to delete it and it just kept popping up. i could not even go to my add or remove page. It put a block on every thing i try to do and changed my registry. I didn't get any software download.

I finally had to pay a local company $200 to fix my computer. I then found out the fake company charged my credit card $49.95. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, but the credit card company said they have to follow VISA dispute rules and can't contact the vendor for 30 days, so it could be 2-3 months before I hear anything back. By that time, this company will change names, phone numbers and do the same FRAUD to other people.

I tried contacting the phone numbers other people have tried and listed here (1-800-469-9689 and 800-486-6721) NEITHER NUMBER IS A LEGITIMATE NUMBER and all you get is a recording in a foreign language then they hang up. My next step is to contact our state's attorney general (WI) and file a complaint with them.

UNATHORIZED TRANSACTION
I received a charge of 97.98 on my husbands ADP total pay card he gets his work checks directly deposited on. We have no idea what this company is, or how they got our card info. This transaction went through on 3/12/2010, and I reported it to the card company when I noticed the charge on 3/15/2010. We are in the process of appealing it with the card company now. I cannot find out a phone number, or address to the company, and do not know what it even is. If anyone has any info about this, or a similar situation with this company, please send me a message. I hope no one else loses their money to these people. They look the last of our money, and I have 3 kids to feed, and take care of. Good luck to you all.

SCAM
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The above company hacked into my computer with a security pop up. The only way to get rid of it was to install it. After speaking with Microsoft, I loaded Stopzilla which gets rid of viruses. As a result it deleted the security package. On my credit card bill is an amount owed to the above company for $49.95 plus an International service fee of $1.50. Although I downloaded the package, but did not use it, my question is: Do I have to pay this amount or should I call them and refuse to pay?

illegal transaction
On the 06/03/2010 an amount of AU $68.57 (USD $59.95) was withdrawn from my credit card account.
I only noticed this when my statement arrived on 18/03/2010. I have never heard of this company and have definately not purchased anything from them. I have contacted my bank and they are sending me a dispute application form.

Scam
Don't fall for this chrpay.com/eurosoft scam!! I was using Internet Explorer and my computer suddenly started flashing that Windows Internet Security had detected over 20 viruses on my computer and I had to purchase antivirus software to get rid of the threat. When I didn't do it immediately I received another message that a virus was trying to access my passwords and steal my identity. The Windows Internet Security box looked legitimate -- it looked like the logo that comes up when I install Windows updates. So I gave my credit card info and paid $69.95. Afterwards there was no evidence of this software on my computer. The charge came up under " chrpay.com/eurosoft" on my credit card statement. I googled this and found similar complaints. Don't fall for this scam!!!
