I received a bill on my Credit Card today for 94.85 & don't know why?? I tried to sign up for Spyware that said it was FREE but wanted my Credit Card #!! I should of known not to give it cause I have not downloaded this spyware but got this bill!! [email protected]

paid by credit card 79.95 us for anti virus 2009 and for life, program not on my computer, has vanished along with my money. Really believed it was a microsoft connected company. The above is all I now know about them... What can I do
I try to phone the Company 12024369063 but phones are all ways busy, tel me please, What can I do ???, to have my money back, please help, thank you.

site appeared on my computer telling me it was in danger on 1/3/09 and advertised an antivirus 2009 one time payment of $79.95 for 3 years protection. Had the same symbol as Microsoft Security Center. When I checked the computer, it was not on here anywhere and had reason to believe it was a scam. My room mate looked it up and it is a scam. I now am out $79.95 and my credit card, Barclay Card --Platinum Visa, will not take it off unless I have some sort of proof. I have called the phone number that was printed on the bill 1-202-436-9063 to the so called company. It has had a busy signal continually througout the day. I believe that is bogus too and no one will answer. I am frustrated and upset by this and am not going to pay bill and will close out account from credit card if nothing is done about this.
