I was late on my payment for July 2009 but did make a partial payment until the end of the month. I talk to a collector at CF and told them I would make another payment on the 31st of July. I ended up getting phone calls EVERYDAY, SEVERAL TIMES a day about making the partial payment I still owed. I really do not understand why they felt they need to call EVERYDAY to try to get the late part of my payment since I told them when I would be able to make my lease payment.

I made my payment online on the evening of the 31st of July. Today is Saturday August 1st and they just called again wanting the payment and I told the woman who called that I made it and I would give her the confirmation number if she wanted it. I questioned her on why they felt they needed to call everyday when I make arrangements for a payment and that date had not passed. She became rude and told me they could call anytime and how every many times they wanted to call until they got their money. She then asked me about my payment due in 4 days. I told her that is not due until the 4th and not late until the 14th and she started yelling at me telling me if I could afford the payment then I should have never signed the lease agreement. I found this totally uncalled for and unprofessional.

Do these Chrysler Financial collection people know that things are tough for a lot of people and we still deserve their respect and that they will get a lot further with most of us if they show a little compassion?
