This is my second complaint. There has been a unauthorized charge on my credit card in the amount of $50.35 that was taken on August 6, 2009. The company chrpay.com/ducforceide is not a company that I recognized of doing business with on that day and the phone number listed on the bill as a contact number is apparently not a good number because when I called the number 1-800-406-2016, all I got was music. No one bothered to answer the phone, which tells me that this is a bogus company ripping people off for their hard earned money.

I would like to have my $50.35 refunded to me via regular mail to 4619 Deluth Avenue, Memphis, TN 38118. I would also like to speak with someone via email My email address is [email protected]. Please let me know what you plan to do about this situation. I really would like to hear from someone to let me know that my complaint is being taken seriously.
