Not everyone's complaint is the same s**t does happen! I had fraud with my bank my account was $1600.00+ behind the bank took my checks for one and half months until they got their money. I called Chysler to explain the situation, I wanted to defer the payment for two months till I got caught up. ( All the other creditors were understanding) neverless they do not listen. The women told me I should borrow the money. Well, I was borrowing money for the GAS HOG I bought from them ($10.00) a day( 10 miles round trip) just to go back and forth to work so I could pay them. I told her I could not even get my son anything for christmas! In her next breath, She said, " Can you get to a Western Union?" What part of I HAVE NO MONEY DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND? I never had any intension of not paying my debt. They continued to call repeatedly, my work (after I told them they could not call my work or I would lose my job and never be able to pay), my cell, my boyfriend's cell, which they call at least eight times daily, and my parents house over and over. We both spoke to them several times and always got a diffrent story from them. Do they document their calls apparently not. I sent them a check as soon as I could and they continued the calls over and over. I do not know exactly what the laws for harrasment are in Ohio, But I know in California they are not allowed to call your cell phone. ( Law attached below) but apparently they can call from there! (See Photo document) Don't get me wrong I have come from a Dodge family. I have a 69 superbee I love, but I would never go through Chrysler Financial again. If there is something that can be done, count me and my boyfriend in as we are in!

Level of Service
This isn't a complaint. It is a compliment.
I have to first admit that I've never been contacted by a Collections representative from this Company. This is because, based on advise from a Customer Service Rep, I paid my two trucks off well in advance.
Here's how it worked. I asked what my payment would be for a four-year, and a five-year loan. I could afford the higher payment of the four-year, but I asked the Finance Manager at the dealership to write it up for the lower, five-year loan. I then added enough to each month's payment to make up the difference. My intent was to pay a five-year loan off in four years: 3 months ahead after the first year, 6 after the 2nd, 9 after the 3rd, and a full year after the 4th. All done. Truth to tell, other issues came up, and I couldn't adhere to the schedule, but I did pay them off 7 months early. When I did call, the service was excellent, the paperwork was sent on time, and the transition to free-and-clear was flawless. Never late. Never a late fee. Never a call. Both vehicles are Dodges. Both are still running fine. Did I like the service? Would I buy another Chrysler product? Will I go through Chrysler Financial? Absolutely. Absolutely. And absolutely.

Bad service
After 20 years of leasing vehicles with Chrysler Financial. We will never purchase anything using them again. Was unable to lease another car due to losing my job. Chrysler hit us with the disposition fee and said if it was not paid immediatly they were sending it to collections. I sent them 100.00 and told them I will send them another 100.00 in a month. The rude people in collections said that they would rather we didn't pay anything so they could report it to our credit report. I sent them numerous letters and they infomed me they are not required to reply to any written letters. Maybe I will look into the leasing options for Honda and Toyota. At least they have not taken taxpayers money and then treat us like crap. SO DONE with the US Banking System

Harrasment, Lies at lease end
We leased a truck from Chrysler 3 years ago and told we could purchase the vehicle at the end if we wanted our credit stayed the same and at the end they refused us after telling us we would be approved for purchase 2 months before the lease ended. At the end we returned the truck and they sent us a bill for $5000 for mileage, more lease payments no idea what that is for and taxes, etc. of course we didn't have that kind of money in todays economy. We tried to work out payments with them and they refused!! They wanted $1200 which I paid then asked if I could do $1200 a month and they said no, they wanted it within 3 weeks or ELSE. So now the phone calls are unbelievable and I just paid $1200 one month ago now they won't except any other amount than the total due by Tuesday or further action. Are they rediculous, we are trying to pay the amount we owe in just a few months and they won't except it. They even sent a repo guy to our house 2 weeks after the lease ended and we informed the gentleman the truck was already sitting at the Chrysler dealership we got it from, just no one told the main Chrylser place and they wonder why their company is going belly up. Never will we buy a dodge again unless it's used sitting on a Ford or Chevy lot. I can't believe they can legally refuse a payment and not set up a time frame to pay that is at all reasonable. I wonder if they pay their bills on time or even try to pay their debts, we are trying and they are jerks about it!!! To top it all off we never were given a contract at the time of lease, some reason it had to be mailed to us and we requested numerous times and never received anything which was out stupidity for not getting it from day one I suppose. It's terrible what large companies can do to consumers. The calls are constantly through out the day and at my work. Then when I have tried to call back it has been sent to another department and no one there can help me...

Debt Collection/Repossession
I identify only too well with all complaints posted by others! My story is the same and I will never ever do new business with Chrysler again!!! I will also warn all my friends. They won't even give me enough information to get my possessions or to find out how much the repo lot charges so I can get enough money together to retrieve the car. I see lots of complaints on here but no answers :( Their collection practices are horrendous and all those calls surely go against the Fair Debt Collections Act! We really need to bring a lawsuit against them.

made payment and they took a payment
Told them i would pay friday and did, monday they bank drafted another payment, over drafting my account 1000.00. Called them they said even if they did find an error on their side all they would do is refund the over charges, not the payment. They do not care if your kids do eat. do not ever buy a chrysler product! I have owned many gm products, 3 in the drive way right now, first and last dodge. I REPEAT DO NOT EVEN STOP NEAR DODGE DEALERSHIP!!

Harrassment
I'm getting calls all the time about my ex-husbands Chrysler loan. Along with my parents. I divorced him almost 10 years ago now and have not seen him in 7. Yet I'm constantly called regarding his loan which I am not on!!! Several times I've been assured that my number along with my parents number have been deleted from their system, but the calls keep coming. The people are rude, nasty, and when I get upset I am hung-up on. Whats worse is that I worked for Chrysler and could not get a loan for a car. Yet my ex has multiple judgments against him for back child support. Now at 30.000, and he gets a loan!!!

Emmy from collections
I have been buying high end pickup trucks from Dodge for the past 10 years as I work in the oil and gas industry and always have purchased your disability insurance to the tune of $7000 per truck. I recently became disabled and am in need of surgery so I will be off work until next spring and despite mine and my Doctors full cooperation I was denied the claim. After 4 months of Chryslers insurance companies dinking me around they are saying i knew my shoulder tendon was going to snap.This meant the truck was in 4 months arrears so I began to get the wheels in motion to remortgage my home in order to pay out my truck loan as well as a car loan I had with Chrysler Financial. I had my mortgage broker call Chrysler and fax them documentation proving that they would be getting their money but they sent a bailiff to repo the truck resulting in an additional $2000 plus in charges. The financial department has harassed myself my family and nursing staff in my home in spite of the letters from my broker showing that they would be paid in full. They have also harassed the mortgage company calling my home and the mortgage office at 7 am. I am disgusted by the finance company as I am not a person who skips out on bills and I let them know what was going on as far as my disability and my resolution to get the loan taken care of but they are not a customer service oriented company. When I return to work next spring my employment requires that me to provide a heavy duty truck on warranty and I have another 20 years left to work so this mean that Chrysler financial and Dodge are losing out on the sale of 10 trucks as I will never again deal this company or its affiliates.

Terrible experience
I posted a comment on 8/12. I ran into a man today that I have known for a while and he buys Dodge trucks all the time. Oil field rep. He buys 60, 000.0 dollar trucks. I said what you up to he said well fixin to go get another truck for one of my workers. After talking to him for about 10-20 minutes I told him of a little website he should go see first. You know what I am talking about. Shortly after he called me. He told me I am hedding towards the ford dealership to look at trucks. Six hours later I saw him at a Subway, can't help to notice the brand new Ford F-350 in the lot. If these Chrysler Financial employees would recognize that if you are rude and abusive to the people who pay your salary they will turn on you. I was treated like I was nothing. I hold a job. Sometimes it is hard to pay payments on time but that does not give these people the authority to make you feel like garbage. They probably were picked on as kids and they hate themselves so much THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET TO PEOPLE. Well *** guess what you suck and until you guys starts showing a little respect I am going to tell everyone how horrible yall realy are. Thanks again. If you are a Chrysler Financial employee and you are reading this find a tree to hug.

Harassing me
Chrysler Chrysler Chrysler ...Every time they call me I am going to put down what they say. I am going to put down everything that is said in that conversation. I will paste the same thing that I put on this website and I am going to send it to my 297 email contact list. Exact words. On that email I am going to put send to atleast two people. That way I will triple the number of people to go against them. I am trying to work it out with Chrysler but they still will not stop harassing me.
