We previously bought a Chrysler car and paid all payments on time through Regency, no problem. When we traded it in, they did not give us the opportunity to set up payment date and they set it 2 weeks before payday. We told them immediately and they said after 6 months it could be changed only. Now every month they call, every day, all day, from 7:30 in the morning to 9 at night. Yesterday I told the caller she is in violation of the law calling so late and she said she'd "call whenever she felt like it." You tell them the same thing every time they call but it does no good, they call again anyway. I would never ever buy a vehicle through them again, EVER.

service men
1st one was, they stripped the piece that is to remove the lock- nuts on my rims, then they tried to burn them off and messed up my rim, which they had to replace, and put on all reg. lugnuts. 2nd they were suppose to fix my remote start and didn`t, so then they ordered another one.IN the meantime we ordered a new tire &it took 3 days to get it, and the morning they were to put it on, I got there at 8:00 & they finally took the car in at 8:35 and I had made it clear that I had a Doctor`s app.1&1/2 hrs. away and at 9:45 I`m asking why it is taking so long to change my tire and the desk girl said they were trying to fix my remote, they never ask if I had the time to do it and I told the lady at least 5 times of my doc. app. 3rd They were going to order a power modular board and 1 month later I called to see if it had come in and she said yes, but would not say how long they had it. 4th they have had my vehicle for 2 1/2 days and again they say they can`t fix my remote start. I did pay a higher price for this vehicle because of the xtra`s that came on it and I am very disappointed and very dissatisfied with the service. I will not recommend chrysler to any one in this area.

Crappy vehicle
I bought a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country brand new in Oct. of 2003. I paid $25, 000 for it. Two months after the regular warranty ran out, I had to replace the brakes 2x in less than three years, power steering pump, & water pump. As time went on, I also had to replace the power window motor then three months after replacing the moter, the regulator on the motor went out and I had to replace that. we also had to replace the rack and pinion steering and the CD player still selective works after having had it worked on. The last thing that went wrong was that I had to replace the battery because the post on the battery split clean into and the post was stuck in the bracket. My husband was deployed so two of his friends had to come over and help me get the post out and that took an act of congress to get it out. The way I figure, if I buy a brand new vehicle for that much money it should last longer than 3 years before it starts breaking down. I called the company and tried to work something out, but they wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation. Their answer was they couldn't do anything since I didn't buy the extended warranty! Every since then, I have been driving around with the caption "DON'T BUY A CHRYSLER!" on the sides and back window of the vehicle. I've lost track of how many people have asked me about it and by the time I finish telling them, they say there's no way they'd buy one after what I've went through. These corporations think it's okay to stick it to the customer well I'm saying not any more! I'll continue to drive and let people know that Chrysler is not a company that cares about their customers. I know for a fact that I've cost them at least 15 vehicles multiply that by $25, 000 to $35, 000 and the amount of money I've cost them is nothing to sneeze at. Please warn others about Chrysler.

impossible to work with
I have had them four 4 months on my new car and they have been horrible from the get go. They would not let me to auto pay unless I hit 3 months and then they want extra money to do it and it doesn't go towards my balance. You would think they would want auto pay. Now, I have been trying to make a payment on the internet for 2 days and it had been down. Now they want to charge me over $9.00 to do it on the phone. I said no, it was their problem the website was down and could be down for another 48 hours. I guess they will just get a late payment. I am not spending $9.00 to make a car note when they advertise the internet and then they can't provde.

Terrible car deaker
I have a 2007 chrysler 300 with hardly 50, 000. miles and the shift is stuck. I went to get in it and put it in reverse and it's stuck in Park. I've seen other complaints about this also. The dealer does not seem to want to help with this problem. Now I have to pay close to 500.00 for a problem that should not happen on a new car. How many people have to complain before something is done and where or how do you go about complaining. Who do I turn to? I'm not sure what to do?

Extended warranty
I am currently trying to get advice on my ordeal with my 04 Chrysler extended warranty. I purchased the vehicle new in Feb. 04 with a 5year/ 100, 000 mile warranty My vehicle just turned 70.000 miles. I have been told by the dealer-ship and Chrysler that my warranty runs out June 08, this year. They both tell me that the in-service date is June 03 which is eight months before I owned the car. My copy of the original warranty agreement states the in-service date as Feb. 26, 2004. Now who has the correct information? I have read other complaints on the in-service date as being a problem and to be

service date deal to me the day I purchased the vehicle. I don't see how Chrysler can get away with cheating their customers on their warranties if my original copy has the date of Feb 26, 2004. If this is not enough to protect me then where is the honesty and integrity of this major auto maker? Beware even if you have signed documents! I am currently awaiting a response from Chrysler Warranty. I have faxed all my paper work to Chrysler Warranty last week so let's just see if they honor their agreement or if they

wait to respond "after my warranty expires" according to their records.

Unsolicited phone calls
After 5 days of being late I get between 8-12 calls a days both at work and on my cell. Repeated message URGENT MESSAGE! How urgent can 5 days late on your auto be. The reps on the phone have the worst manner in the world. They speak to you as your the worst scum in the world. They have even called my mom and got payment from her. Is that ethical. We have about 12 chrysler products within my family. I will never ever buy a chrysler again.

Unfair practices, lies and threats
Phone call on another's behalf received from Chrysler Financial.. Person led me to believe they would work with customer. I got in contact and person returned the call. They (Chrysler) proceeded to belittle, harass, and threaten the customer. She tried to make a payment at that time, ..they refused to accept payment. Demanded the full amount of multiple payments.

Terrible service!
I was having financial difficulties and wrote a letter to Chrysler to explain my situation, they not only didn't care but the reps were rude. I was 2 payments behind and they continued to call me 7 times each day to "remind" me of the payment. Cmon! how many times does a person need a reminder! When I had one payment left it was 3 days past the due date and they STILL called me 7 times per day. CMon! I told them when the payment would be made (3 days) and they gave me a hard time and wanted me to pay them at that time, then they wanted to "update" my file and add an alternate phone #! Cmon! Needless to say, I told them where to stick it and hung up, however still received the 7 calls per day until they received my last check.
I am SO glad to be done with them NEVER EVER again will I purchase a Chrysler product or recommend them to anyone. If you are considering buying one - go Elsewhere! You will be better off.
