We have uncovered that he has 2 recent CRIMINAL FELONY CONVICTIONS
1. Multiple acts of rent skimming.
2. False Advertising as well as a misdemeanor for receiving stolen merchandise.
It appears and is in the process of being confirmed that Chuck Hurd also has a rap sheet dating back to 1994 and has appeared in court for Domestic Violence 94, 95, 96, 97, obtaining money under false pretenses, Burglary etc…..
Chuck Hurd works in the Big Bear Lake, California area and has a reputation for being untrustworthy and has an anger problems.
The California Board of Realtors confirmed that as of 3/02/09, Charles Christopher Hurd, aka Chuck Hurd, had his Real Estate license REVOKED, and is currently working under a RESTRICTED REAL ESTATE LICENSE.
