In April of last year i was contracted to reseal two walkways and a patio for mr price. A very common Job for stamped concrete. the patio had extensive Salt damage and chips where the surface was gone. it needed to be re-colored as well as sealed. Small bubbles appeared on the patio but not on walkways. I stripped the patio and resealed only to have it bubble again. Again i stripped it but the third time had perfect results. Mrs Price approved the Job and my contract was complete. Four and a half months later Mrs price called and asked if i would look at the patio. i responded within one week.. I looked at the job and asked what the problem was? Rain began, she said you cant see it because the surface is wet. It was now i started to suspect something was going on. I returned a week later with two experts in the field as well as my inshurance company and took many photos. Now Mr Price has embarked on a systematic crusade to harm both of my busineses to in my opinion, extort Money. I offered him a $900 refund. I had my attorney draw a simple document stating the matter resolved. As of yet he has not responded. We are prepared to defend any action in court but again Mr Price as of yet has not done so.Below are photo's of the completed patio. The photo.s clearly show a uniform surface. Clearly There is No "bubbled mess".
