On 11/18/10 at aroumd 9:00 -9:30pm i stoped at Churches chicken store#775 in Tulsa Ok. After placing my order at the drive thru window i had to pull around front and wait for my food, not a problem but what i witnessed while waiting was flat out wrong. First a female worker put a ciggeret in her mouth while in the kitchen, then a male worker comes in the kitchenwith a lit ciggerate in his mouth! As if this was not enough another worker who came outside to confirm my order because the person who took my order walked off went back inside to box up my food without washing her hands! I am a cook by trade and to see something like that going on in a restaurant is a embarrassment! Please some one do something about this kind of behavior!

This is a newly opened Churches Chicken, and the only one I know of in McDonough, on Highway 81. I have patronized this place 3 times, the first time I only received about 1/2 my order, the second time, afer using the drive-thru and waiting about 5 minutes I was aked to please wait and they would get back with me. About 5 minutes later out of anger I left, but as I drove by the place I saw that no customers were in the place and 2 workers were standing behind the counter, one was on his cell phone and a young girl was just standing there as if in a trance. Today I went back and this time went inside. And was the only customer. I placed my order, had to wait about 10 minutes for the fries to cook, and finally left, only to discover that 2 orders of cole slaw was missing. This restaurant employs only blacks, and I feel that their service is intentional to keep whites away. If that is truly their plan t has worked, for I shall never go there again.

they never answer the phone when u calling and they are very nastey they have roaches crawing all over the food that they have out and the manger tha working is very rude to people and she using bad word a other people that come in

went to churches in the middle of the week i wanted to order some gizzards and chicken strips and the cook started bitchen about that he had to cook some gizzards and chicken strips and started saying fuck that and he dont want to drop no chicken or anything and his got dam name is robert and if you guys arnt going to take care of the problem then i will get somebody else involved other people cant even eat in your churches chicken without haveing some loud mouth cook talking shit all the time when he should shut up in do his job and shut his dam mouth because maybe somebody needs to shut it for him and i hope the oweners read this because that bitch ass barbra dont do shit and you need to fire her daughter because she is stealing your money because she isnt even there half the time and she stiil gets paid the way i see it your getting fucked maybe the owner needs to come down and run his business for about a month and see what kind of bull shit is going on its pretty bad i know more about your sorry ass employees then you do well thank you for your time and i hope you get time to resolve this matter

I, arrived at churches chicken on park blvd in pinellas park, florida at approximately 1:30pm on 7/13/09 to purchase take out lunch. During the process of my order i decided to use the restroom facilities. on an attempt to enter the mens restroom it was discovered by me that there was a customer unresponsive lying behind the resroom door. I immediatelly attempted to force my way into the restroom but was unsucessfull. I attempted to obtain help from the staff, but they would not help. i told the casheir that there was a customer uncontious and non responsive on the restroom floor; she stated quote un-quote "What the hell am I suppose to do about it"! My brother who was with me at the time immediately dialed 911 for the paramedics. I requested a manager but was told that there was not one available to talk to me. I requested the business 1-800 number but was told to leave the primises because i was causing a scene. they told me that if I did not leave the property they would call the Police. I said fine, call them. I was threatend by the presumed boyfriend of the casheir whom was not wearing a name tag. presumed because she was sitting on his lap during our conversation. A churches chicken box was pushed in my face by the other male empolyee on site in which he then stated quote un-quote, " if u want a number to call look on yo chicken box ass hole". During this Emergency unfotunately none of the employee's went to check on the customer in the restroom. I was horrified and appauled by this incident. They kicked me out of the resturant, so therefore my brother and I were left standing outside looking in until they drew the blinds on us. I could still see in between the blinds and the table and could clearly see them giving no attemp at all to inquire on the status of wheather the customer on the restroom floor was dead or alive. 911, the non-emergency number to law enforcement and the churches chicken 1-800 number was called by me and my brother. It is an unfortunate and sad matter that the employee's in that establishment would have such disregaurd for human life and quality of the well being of a customer. I am not sure if anything has or will become of this matter, but I feel it is a very serious issue that needs to be addressed, so just in case its not I would like the city to know about the type of customer service they will receive when they enter the churches chicken on 5498 Park Blvd Pinellas Park, FL. I seriously expect some response to this horrendous Incident before I move forward with my Public statements on this matter. Thank you
