bad service - not clean enough
i use to by churches chicken were ever the store is but i will not eat there anymore due to bad service1

advertised food never available
advertised food is never available!!
they have a $1.00 menu and everytime i go here to order the bbq chicken sandwich.
it's never available...
funny if i go to the one in weslaco there's never a problem.
the thing is.
im right down the street friom churches chicken and shouldnt have to go across town to get one.
and ask to see the manager!!!

Wrong food, bad customer service
Cashier T Davis 4305 at the Churches Chicken on Mansfield road in Shreveport, La Store # CHO703 who also prepare food; charge me for a mix 10 piece chicken dinner but prepared me a 10 piece legs and thigh. I got all the way home and start to prepare the table for family dinner, open box and notice that I did not redeem my purchased order. I went all the way back to the store only to be greeted with a rude attuide by the same cashier who prepared my food. She totally ignore me after I informed her that the order was incorrect. My pastor was just using this situation as an example of how God has redeem us from many things. And how important it is to know what you are redeeming for your money and what God has redeemed you from. I hope this young lady can later realize that everyone makes mistakes but avoid or ignoring them won't always make them go away.

Bad Customer Services
Today 01/ 03/ 09 I went to the chicken chicken at E Shelby Dr at Lamar Ave. (US 78) and ordered an order for two pc of chicken and a cup of water. The manager told me that they didn't give out cups of water, but will sell me a bottle of water. Ok first of all I've did this serval times at thiis Churches and every other resturant that I patronize. The thing that was upsetting is the fact that the manager was tell an employee about the request, laughing and bragging on what she told me on my request. I know that I am only one person but if we keep on adding up we will make waves.

over charged oder wrong
I whent to a churches chicken thay got my order wrong and thay charged me to much so I called the store talked to the manger he said he would take care of it I could not go back had to get to dialysis so he said when I came back whent back one week later he was not there and manger that was did not know a thing I will not go to churches chicken agin

BAD SERVICE
Me and my big sis we love churches!!! lately ive moved from monroe la. to alexandria la. And the churches heer sucks!! AS AMERICANS WE LOVE DRIVE THRUS AND THIS CHURCHES AROUND HEER HAS WALK UP WINDOWS! THE BUILDINGS ARE SO OLD AND NASTY THE HAVE NO MENU ! i REALLY WANTED SPICY CHICKEN THEY NEVER HAVE ANY COOKED! I WENT TODAY FOR LUNCH AND BOUGHT A TEN PIECE WITH 4 BISCUITS AND MASHED POTATOES THE CHICKEN HAD NO TASTE TO IT! it taste LIKE PURE FLOUR! THE MASHED POTATOES HAD NOT BEEN MIXED WELL IT WAS STILL POWDER FLAKES IN THEM SOON AS I GOT A SCOOP !WE HAVE ALL THIS NASTY CHICKEN LEFT OVER I TRIED TO GIVE IT TO MY CATS THEY WOULDNT EAT IT EITHER! I REALLY HOPE THAT YALL TEAR THIS CHURCHES DOWN AND REBUILD!!! THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT IT DOWN ITS ASHAME ITS 2 CHUCHES DOWN HEER AND THE BOTH GHETTO I WENT IN TODAY CAUSE ITS REALLY COLD AND ALOT OF PEAPLE AT THE LITTLE WINOW IN THE FRONT O YEAH THE CHICKEN FRYER HAD NO GLOVES ON AND HE WAS WASHING HIS NASTY HANDS IN DIRTY WATER PUTTING THE STICKY FLOUR ALL IN THE CONTAMINATED DISH PAN! I COULD GO ON ALLDAY! NO KATCUP PACKS THEY ONLY HAD1 BOTTLE EVERYONE WAS USING OF GHETTO NASTY OFF BRAND KETCUP1 I DONT UNDERSTAND I DREAMED ABOUT CHURCHES CHICKEN AND THIS IS WHAT I GET BULLSHIT!!! PLEASE RE BUILD THIS CHUCHES THE MANAGERS SUCK!!!

bad food poor management attitude
chicken was dry and cold for there chicken sanwiches, this has happend two times alreday. There buns were hard like they had been left out. Managment he was rude both times I have gone there..

Terrible customer service
I went into Churches at 8:45 pm stood there for 10 mins waiting for so one to serve me, however they were standing in the back talking and laughing, they looke3d at me standing there and still no one came until i started out of the door.

Terrible food!
The complaint against this restaurant is not so much the food but the image and condition of the restaurant. I moved into the City of Opa-locka in April of 2005. I frequently visited this restaurant and the food was not bad. However, the condition of the restaurant in my opinion is poor. The entire roof of this restaurant is severely faded. The painted walls are dirty. The landscaping is horrific and cult be a whole lot better. Not to mention the Churches sign above the drive-in window that was turned down 3 years ago by the hurricane was replaced with a canvas sign that is now almost completely faded. There are other business near this restaurant that have upgraded completely. I think Churches Chicken should follow suit. This restaurant keeps a steady influx of people. Therefore I can only assume that they are making a fortune in revenue. The owner of this franchise need to give the patrons and the community a better looking restaurant. Regardless of the demographic make up of the community know that image is everything. Give us a better locking restaurant with beautiful well lit signs and landscaping.

Bone in livers!
I broke my front tooth off after biting into what was supposed to be a Chicken LIVER --after returning to the store, the store manager found that I had bitten into a breaded BONE -- he gave me the # to call, and contacted the city manager (Thurs. 14 of FEB.) He said he would call me FRI.--It is now Tues. 19 and I have NOT heard a word !!! HE has dodged and avoided all of my calls-- I will be forced to turn this matter over to an attorney--I'm looking at $1500 to $2500 in Dental work and BUNCHES in pain --!!!
