This company is the worst to work with. I logged into my account today to make a payment from my bank, it says:
To prevent overpayment, only one payment per account, per day is allowed. Please allow one business day for processing. Allow two business days for your payment to show online.
They are telling me on the telephone that payments take 2-3 days for processing and may payment that is due tomorrow will be posted late and will generate a late fee!!! Their site says "ALLOW ONE BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING"
I told them this and they basically don't care to correct this to stop this confusion in the future.
Will I buy a Dodge again?
