It was raining veryhard when my brother had an accident with my bakkie. I reported the accident and cib sended a inspector (shaun) to check everything out. We told him everything that happend that nite of the accident, shaun then took a picture of my brother and went to all the places and people that he saw the day of the accedent( to get statements). We olso took him to the accedent seen. After about 2, 3 weeks he came back to me and asked if we can have a meeting, we went to see him at his ofice were we meeted his senior. Then they told us to drop the case because my brother was drunk that nite and if we dont they are going to open up a case for fraud and we will go to jail. We told them he didnt drink anything that nite but they said they have video fotage and they where very addiment that we must drop the case or we are going to jail.(that meeting was recorded) My brother didnt drink anything that nite. The police where on the accident seen and no one did any tests for alcohole. We then found out about 10 months later that they never had any video fotage and not realy any witneses what so ever.I am still paying my bakkie witch is standing for almost a yaer now.
