I got my (free) credit report and then found that even after i had canceled that they were charging me. So i called them today after finding this site and i gave them and ear full. All you have to do to get your money back is threaten to write the attorney general and give him the info from this complaint site. as soon as i referenced this site and that they were a well know scam and that i would seek criminal charges if they did not imiediatly refund my money which by the way was 12$ even. they gave me a name and an employee number and said it would be 7 to 10 bussiness days. we will see if they actually do it but in any case there is a site that is okay and they will not chage you i talked to the police and they told me . that the only safe site is www.annualcreditreport.com it is actually ran by the credit companys, experian and equifax and the other one which i can not remember the name oh it is trans union. So i have used them now and you can get a free report a really free report online once a year.So good luck to everyone on getting thier mone back if they won't give it back you can also call your bank and dispute the charges. there is a federal regulation when i worked for the bank we called it fed reg E for electronic. it governs electronic transactions in banking. it gives you the right to dispute transations and makes the bank have to let you and the company has to have proof.
