I have been charged monthly since i did a free look at my report. Finally got a hold of them. But had quite a few charges without my notification.

Charging $12.95 a month out of checking account
They have charged $12.95 a month out of my checking account for the past two months. I DON'T WANT A CREDIT REPORT SERVICE! Just looked into free credit report to see what was entailed, and all of the sudden they are taking out money every month. Don't need it..don't want it. How do we get rid of them??

Unauthorized charges!
I was charged twice on my account for the same amount of $12.00. Once on 10/20/07 and again on 11/10/07. I never authorized these charges and I see I'm not the only one that has this complaint.

Unauthorized debit from my bank account!
I tried this credit reporting agency, which stated that the service was free for 30 days, the company was notified 10 days prior to expiration was trial period. I was Debited $12.95 from my checking account with no approval by me, what plan of action is there for me to get my money back, this theft that this company has committed. Advise smb!

Unauthorized billing!
I received a letter in the mail from this company. I checked the website and they needed my credit card info to proceed. I quickly learned that it was a scam operation. I called the company back using the number provided. I talked with a young man who sounded illegitimate. He told me that he would not charge my credit card for this service. However 3 weeks later i was billed 12 dollars. If i had the number i would post it for you but try calling this number18003888725. This company is using illegal procedures to scam us. WE WILL WORK TOGETHER AND WE WILL BRING THEM TO COURT!!! THIS COMPANY IS OPERATING ILLEGALLY! LETS GET OUR MONEY BACK!

Fraud & cheating!
The number is 1 877 481 6826 call this company to make your complaint, everyone of you needs to be stern, we need to get our money back from these thiefs. This is a scam operation. The government needs to know that this company is using false advertising and is enticing consumers into giving there credit card information online or over the telephone. Call your local radio stations, call your local tv stations, call your mayor, call your governor, this issue needs to be raised. This company is getting away with illegal procedures. There are thousands of you who don't give a crap about 12 dollars a month, but when the illegal wire transfers are taking your money from your account, it is SERIOUS. There are many more thousands of us who don't like being taken for fools.

Unauthorized charges!
I used this company once to obtain my credit report. I ad said it was free. After that I have been receiving charges on my credit card. I used this company only one time. I should not be charged anything.

Charged more than stated!
The charge was supposed to be $12.95, with ability to cancel within 30 days. Amount showing on my credit card is $34.95.
Beware of this fraud!
