I have been charged 14.95 for almost a year and unable to receive a refund or stop charges.

I have a monthly billing on my bank statement, since April that I never Authorized.

i had a free credit report and then it started charging my bank account after i let them know that i did not want membership.

I want to cancel my credit review report acct with CIC Triple Advanta. I don't know how to do this,

free credit report, they are supposed to help you build your credit... very nice when today I found a charge for $14.95 ... I called to find out about the charge and to cancel my free trial offer. I was informed that my free offer expires in 7 days not the advertised 30 day period because back in 2005 I had used their service to check my credit report, so I wasn't eligible for the free trial offer. I said, an email would have been nice ... but the customer service woman says" we stopped sending emails to customers in 2006! now i am just waiting for a confirmation email that my membership has been canceled, I hope this will be the end of the charges, I see from others comments that it might not be.
