Overdraft I didn't need
I lost my job, paid a lawyer with my last check, and then i get charged for for overdraft protection? where did this come from? i wonder. I contacted my bank, they said that i needed to take this to cic. So i called their 877 number and much to my surprise it is "disconnected or no longer in service". !?!? THIS IS A RIP OFF!

My bank account was charged $13.95 for something. I have not used anything to warrant this charge.

Refund Refusal
I was charged $14.95 by CIC Triple Advantage which was UNAUTHORIZED AND UNSOLICITED, When I called 877-481-6825 I was hung up on several times when I finally got a human representitive I had to request a supervisor Melissa ID#4269 she called me "mam" and refused to issue a refund for the illegally charged ammount due to the sound of my voice. Also she refused to cancle the subscription that I never ordered in the first place, now I have to file a police report who do I blame since they got my cc# illegally when I paid my cable bill? All I need is a simple refund of $14.95 with confirm # and cancellation of a service I NEVER ORDERED, WHAT DO I DO TO SHUT THIS FRAUDULENT SERVICE DOWN? DO THEY USE HACKERS TO TRACK CC#'S?

Fraud and cheating!
I canceled my account with this company before the 30 day service was up and yet I'm still being charged a monthly fee! I don't even have access to my account with them anymore...

12 charges after I bought a credit report
I bought the credit report and siz months after I did so this company started charging me 12.95 a month for the service 6 months after I bought the credit report!

Unable to cancel charges
I repeatedly call to cancel and the charges are never canceled and I receive any service. The credit card company says that only the merchant can cancel.
